The correct rendering of that verses (Luke 17:20-21) is: "But on being asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God was coming, he answered them and said: "The kingdom of God is not coming with striking observableness, neither will people be saying, 'See here!' or, 'There!' For, look! the kingdom of God is in YOUR midst.""[New World Translation) So what JESUS was saying is that, as him being the designated king of that kingdom(of God), they should consider the kingdom already in their midst. The kingdom of God is cleary a real, flawless, peaceful kingdom that will be set by Jehovah on this earth. Listen carefully as JESUS went on, on verses 26-29, to compare the kingdom with days of Noah and Lot. The kingdom is going to be set on Jehovah's due date. Nobody else has the knowledge of the date except Jehovah; ", they went asking him: "Lord, are you restoring the kingdom of Isreal at this time?" He said to them: "It does not belong to YOU to get knowledge of the times or seasons which the Father has placed in his own jurisdiction, "" |

The core message of Christ is about the Kingdom, he said it so many times that the Kingdom of God is at hand or in them. This kingdom will not come until we know the truth about our relationship with the father and born of the Spirit I'll say God's kingdom Jesus talked about the deeper connection between us and God not a physical plane but being awaken to our union with the father, the king of kings |
