Price is fair enough slightly high on binding wire, Cement monitor useage, block negotiate is more Cheaper than N230, Water buy horse you can get wster from your neighbors.

Granite i doubt because 30tons is 180k to Ikorodu.
Sand on point, others ok.

Negotiate with him downward, i gez it comprises all labour & his supervision fee as well.

Iron bender is 20k/ton
Carpenter: Base box, start up Collums, beam & parameters wood at dpc 80k.
Concrete mixers (all) @200k (Blinding, base, beam, Startup Collums & DPC

The prices are fair enough, for those apartments you mentioned oooo the prices are ok. The cost of building now is by God's grace o
