As much as we would have loved to stay off commenting, it has become needful particularly for the sake of others.

We want to believe the client in question ordered a Redmi 7 battery from us (we would actually want him to provide the details of his order).

According to his diagnosis (which we read from his nairaland posts), his phone was just blinking (while charging) and not coming on. He felt the battery was the problem, which he ordered from us. He got the battery from us but still the phone didn't come on.

We sincerely can't understand how this means we sold a fake battery to him.

At a point he asked if we could help him flash his phone (after getting the battery from us). It is quite clear his phone may have some other underlying issues and we do hope he can get it resolved.
