Huspuppi's lawyer Gal Pissetzky, has boasted that he would free his client of all fraud allegations labeled on him. As a matter of fact he was said to have insinuated that he (Gal Pissetzky) would "use rigorous defense" to his client out of the fraud allegations leveled on him (Oshey! Barrister Superman).

Gal Pissetzky who happened to be Michael Jackson's lawyer when he was alive claimed that the FBI actually "kidnapped" Hushpuppi from Dubai as he (Gal Pissetzky) stated the fact that Dubai, "has no extradition treaty with the United states of America".
