How do you file 40 individual counts of offences and fail to secure conviction even on one? Yet you have made everyone believe that Tompolo is a criminal, you have succeeded in chasing him out of the country, his houses were looted and destroyed by your arresting team and his father died in the process. Yet one guilty verdict out of 40 you cannot get

Which strong evidence? If the opposing lawyer brings a stronger evidence your strong evidence becomes weak.

They probably had strong media evidences, laced with sentiments but Tompolos evidences were always stronger because they were documented facts.
