The Enugu state police command has confirmed the arrest of Emmanuel Opoku, the 28-year-old Ghanaian man who allegedly poured hot water on the breasts of his Lover, one Chiamaka Ngwu aged 25 at their home in Akuke-Awkunanaw, Enugu.

A statement released by the spokesperson of the state police command, ASP Ndukwe Ekea, says Opoku's arrest was sequel to a petition received at the command's headquarters on July 10 from Women Aid Collective (WACOL), Enugu that he allegedly committed the act on June 23 following a misunderstanding between the lovers....
