Nigerian Police Command in Enugu state has arraigned two consultant psychiatrists of the Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Enugu, McDonald Inechi, and Kingsley Ugwuonye, before a Magistrate Court in the state for allegedly stealing monies contributed for the treatment of their deceased colleague.
