The $3.6bn used for this 276 km rail line project seem to be a waste,because this project was conceived to transport iron ore from mines to Ajaokuja and Warri steel rolling mill and the the end product taken to the warri port for export.Sadly,non of the two plants are functioning right now.Warri port is a shadow of itself,successive government failed to revive these establishments.This is like putting the cart before the horse.
