OPENING OF PAYONEER ACCOUNT.

Fiverr operates with two payments methods. Payoneer and Paypal. Unfortunately PayPal banned Nigeria for a long time now. Although some Nigerians still use PayPal using someone abroad to do the registration, Why all this stress, I will strongly advise you to use Payoneer. Ignore anyone telling you stories of helping you open a PayPal account to use it for your fiverr business.The reason been that once PayPal finds out, your account is gone and all your hustle will be wasted.

PAYONEER ACCOUNT OPENING REQUIREMENT

To open an account with Payoneer, you will be requested for means of identification on the final process before your credit card will be issued. So either of this can be used
1) International Passport
2) National I.D Card or
3) Drivers License.

HOW MUCH DO I NEED TO OPEN PAYONEER ACCOUNT

Payoneer account opening to the point of issuing of Mastercard to your location is 100% free.

HOW LONG DOES THE CARD TAKE TO GET ME AND WHICH ADDRESS SHOULD I USE.

The card issuing usually take approximately 1 month to get to your location.
Here when filling in an address, this is where people made alot of mistakes. PLEASE TAKE NOTE, Because I made the same mistake, and I requested for my card 3 times before I finally got one when I used DHL (Though for that service I paid $50). So to avoid my mistake, take this few steps.
1) Most of Nigerian houses don't have postal address, that's really a challenge when payoneer is sending your card. So I will strongly advise you use a house that have a postal address or better still use your office postal address or a friend's office postal address or house to avoid your card from been misplaced.
2) keep track of your card from your account. Payoneer will tell you your Master card arrival date.

Once you follow the above steps, you Master card will be delivered safely.

Note: if you didn't get the card, you can always contact them for another. But once you follow those steps expecially the address you should not have any problem.

ACTIVATION OF CARD AND LOADING YOUR FIVERR MONEY TO YOUR PAYONEER ACCOUNT

Once you get your card, login in to your payoneer account and enter your Master card number to activate it that's all.

LOADING MONEY FROM FIVERR TO PAYONEER

When you set up your account, fiverr presents you with two options of withdrawing your dollar. Kindly choose Payoneer and fill in the details. Fiverr automatically connects your fiverr account to your payoneer acount. You can then use transfer money button to load your money from Fiverr to Payoneer account. Every money you transfer from Fiverr automatically loads to your Master card. GUIDE YOUR PAYONEER CARD VERY WELL OOOOO!

CHARGES
Here are the charges you will be experiencing:
1) when transferring money from fiverr to payoneer, payoneer charges $3 for immediate transfer or $1 for 2 days transfer ( meaning that the money will enter after two days). You can make your choice, but I usually make use of the later till date. Though I am no longer charged again for any of the transferring methods.Thank God!
2) withdrawing your money, UBA and First bank will finish you with bank charges. Payoneer charges is approximately $4 on any withdrawer you make. GTB bank charges is moderate but the best that has the least bank charges is Zenith Bank. You can experiment yourself and make calculations before withdrawing
3) When checking your balance payoneer charges you $1 for that. Me I don't check my balance, I am not ready to waste $1, so I calculate it myself.But now it's easy with Payoneer app. You can now check the equivalent of the dollar in your account in Naira. So with this you know your balance. When withdrawing, remove $4 for payoneer charges and like $1 or $2 for zenith or GTBANK charges.
Then calculate the left over and withdraw your money from either of the bank ATM.

3) Payoneer charges one maintanance fee once in a year. I think it's around $29.

AT THE ATM PORT

Here I had little issues, which resulted to me not been able to withdraw on the first day. I think I should share it with you.

Mostly all payoneer card are opened under current account or credit account. Most of the countries outside Nigeria operates either saving, current or credit card. If you happens to travel outside Nigeria and you want to make use of your payoneer card, using the ATM machine, you can always select the credit option to withdraw your money.
If you are in Nigeria, you can always use the CURRENT ACCOUNT OPTION to withdraw your money.

FRAUD! FRAUD!! FRAUD!!!

I once fall a victim, to this. Thank God to Payoneer strong security system. Most of the nigerian ATM machines you see around are compromised. I won't mention the area, but I once withdraw my money from one of the ATM from one area like that. And after few hours Payoneer sent me a message that the ATM machine I withdraw from was compromised. That they will block my card and send me another one. They asked for my option then I said NO. That I just got my card, that they should ignore it.

They told me it's at my own risk, I said no problem. After 2 days, I noticed that $1 was been taking from my account every day. Lolz, I wrote payoneer customer care, they responded immediately and told me the time and they day the person hacked my account but I was adamant when they informed me before any operation.
So I told then to block the card and send me another. That they did for free, no charges for such replacement.

So mind where you use your card, so I strongly suggest you use your card in ATM machines that is built in the bank. I prefer zenith bank to any other.

PAYONEER SECURITY

Payoneer security system is very strong. Someone can't buy anything with your card without your permission. Even if they buy, it will be under pre authorization meaning that if you decline that it was not made by you. The money will not be processed.

After designing the samples and watermarking them how would we send it to the buyer. I sent mine through message and then upload the work as an attachment and I received improper fiverr usage warning email from fiverr.

What was the warning... you can send any message or attachment to buyer provided the sent you message first though your inbox. Either you typed unaccepted character or something went wrong. Can I see the warning. You can send that to my mail. ..

like "I will design 2 EYECATCHING LOGO for your BRAND". the two there, gives better chance of selling. Also since you included it in your description. what will bring more clients to read your description is the FACT that they will have two design options for same $5.

secondly, you can offer unlimited revision in all the packages, this is where you interact very well with clients and get a better review when order is completed, clients watch out for your patience and service..... Because most of them can ask for amendments a lot of time till the extend that you can even get feed up.

I remember, a clients, I worked for THEN, She keep asking for revision, here and there and I kept calm, doing all the revision but telling her politely when I will re-deliver. The gig was $5, but at the end, she told me she is very difficult to work with but I tolerated her, and she gave me a tip of $20 with a review of "I am very patient with clients" something like that, can't really remember..... That sincere review will bring clients as well in the future...... Also, till date, I do all her work on fillable form, and graphics.

Be friendly with the buyer, and make sure you ask for their option once you deliver your order, questions like: "Kindly review, if there is any amendments, I will gladly do, till you are 100% satisfied!!!".... One of the weekends, I will talk more on how to get GOOD REVIEWS from clients with ease!

So All you need now is to another sell with 5 star.

BUYER REQUEST

SMART PHONE + FIVERR APP IS IMPORTANT IN THIS SECTION (Material needed)


Today, we will be considering favorite Fiverr Service page which is called the Buyers Request!!! Fiverr has updated their page, so buyers request is under the "selling menu".

Honestly, when I first started Fiverr, I made some money through this Fiverr page, "BUYER REQUEST", because I was really glued to it, some of you who has gotten orders should know what I mean.

BUYER REQUEST: is a section in Fiverr where you can see what the sellers are requesting for. Every seller has 10 Offers daily. So I EXPECT YOU TO USE THIS OFFER JUDICIOUSLY.

There are some lessons to learn from this section.

1) THE BUYERS HERE ARE WILLING AND READY TO BUY, That's why they place their request with brief explanation of what they want. You can always make alot of sells from here depending on when you send your offer and kind of service you are offering.

a) TIME:
To be able to send offer[b]early[/b] enough you must have at least a smart phone with you with the Fiverr app installed to enable you check buyer's request page anytime.

This is what I do to get offer from here. I have studied the trend for long, although it do change some times. But, Fiverr brings out new buyers' bid twice most of the time. The timing sometimes varies but its always between the hour of 10am to 11:59a.m (Nigerian Time) in the morning. Around this time they display the new buyer's bid for the day.

The second time they will display will be between the hour of 9p.m to 11p.m, so the faster you send your offer the better chances for you getting the order. Please kindly study this trend in Fiverr very well, It will help you a lot.

b) The other lesson here is the offer you are sending, I maximize my offer very well. This is how I do it, when sending offer to client, I check to see how many people has applied for the same bids that I am applying for. When its like 20+ offers, I kindly reserve my offer and wait for another bid. On no circumstance should you finish your offer (10 OF IT) during the day. make sure you leave at least 4 to use at night. That's how I do mine and it works for me very well.

c) HOW TO MAKE CLIENTS CHOOSE YOU, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE A RATING YET
Well, when you don't have rating, from experience sometimes it's very difficult. But I think the way out from here is to tell the client that you can do the job with a proof of your capability. This was what I did in one of my gig, "converting low resolution image to high resolution" . when I created it then, there was no single order, so I saw a request where about 15 people had sent offers. The job was for $5. I sent my offer, telling the client, that I will do the job within 24 hours and I will send it for him to review with watermark (sign to protect your work). That once he orders then I will remove the watermark and deliver instantly (PLEASE YOU MUST BE SURE YOU CAN DO IT PERFECTLY, BEFORE EMBARKING ON THIS KIND OF OFFER, ELSE YOU WASTE YOUR TIME).

He was very happy, who wouldn't like such an offer, paying after seeing result! so out of the 15 offers he ignored all and chose me! immediately I did it within 3 hours at my leisure time and send to him, and he was overwhelmed and ordered for it . And when I delivered, he marked the order completed and gave me a tip of $10 extra. At the end, I got the rating and a better payment as well for a simple task.....

so you can always devise this means in the buyers request page to make sells quickly either as a new sellers with no rating or a seller with rating.

d) ANOTHER HIDDEN LESSON TO LEARN FROM HERE :

I also learnt something from here, which I will be sharing now:
I learnt to know what clients are looking for through this page "buyer request". To make money in Fiverr you have to be dynamic... You can edit your gig over and over to suit's clients request or create a new gig to attend to what they are requesting for, provided you keep seeing that particular request often. When you see what clients are requesting for and you believe you can do it, you can create a gig in that area as well provided they are within your niche, with this they will quickly choose you when you send offer since your description suits there bidding

Let me explain my issue with fiverr; 


I opened my account 2weeks ago.  The thing is I used one "EPIC BROWSER" to open the account as a US user.  So I dint do any IP CHANGE. 


NOW HERE IS MY PROBLEM. 

I have the fiverr mobile app on my phone but i am scared to use it to log in to my accountI fear that if i use the app fiverr will detect that I am a Nigerian and ban me from the site.. so now am stuck with using just my laptop and even at that I have to useonly the epic browser to login. 


HERE IS MY QUESTION

are my fears real? 


Will it be safe to use my mobile app as well as the epic browser on my laptop to login to my account? 


HERE IS MY SECOND PROBLEM. 

I am starting to regret opening a US account and I want to open a new Nigerian accountso that I can gradually transfer my gigs from the US ACCOUNT TO THE NEWLY OPENED NIGERIAN ACCONT.  


ANOTHER QUESTION 


Will it be safe to run 2 account s simultaneously?  (One Nigerian and on US)


If it's safe to run the two acounts,  can I use the Android app on my fone and my system to log into the two acount simultaneously?

Also, using it on your mobile APP, Fiverr will definitely find out, and your account will be blocked, you might loose all your money.

My advise, kindly transfer all your money to your bank, (Payoneer or PayPal).

2) When you open new account, how do you link the account to your Payoneer, fiverr will find out except you are using Paypal.
But, you can open a new Nigerian account, with different email, and use that with your phone and make sure you order from the order account
to get rating in order to grow it. Don't Bother of connecting to your account yet. just make your sells while making sure you withdraw the money in the US account each time it's above $20.

Keep doing this, until you grow your Nigerian Account...
Also, I will advise you don't open your Nigerian account with your epic browser as well to avoid blocking of your account.

If fiverr finds out its same person that is running two account, the new account will be blocked, leaving the old one. but in your case, after blocking the new account, also the old will be blocked due to the fact that is US account.

So, you have try your best not open the two account simultaneous, and not withdraw to your payoneer yet from the Nigerian account due to the fact that Payoneer have your original detail, Fiverr might code same money from different account going to same Payoneer account, FOUL PLAY BRO, But if its PayPal, you can withdraw from either account without fiverr knowing. YOUR MONEY IS SAFE IN FIVERR, since that's your original account.

In summary, you can open the two account but take note of the point aformentioned

LECTURE (03)

In lecture (01) and (02). I introduced fiverr and highlighted some key points, followered by some assignment of creating of gig and sending the link. Alot of people send there gig link to my mail and in this forum which I reviewed and offered suggestions.

Please if I didn't review yours, you can always drop the link or send me an email. Also, through God's favour and grace some people also got their first order. All glory be to God.

Today, I will be talking about two important factors
1) gig sample pics
2) What to sell.

1) Gig Sample Pics:

From the fiverr links of some us that I checked. I observed that their sample pics was not really inviting. So, that's one of the reason why I want to be more emphatic about it. Here are some things to take note before uploading a sample pics

a) Your sample pics is what really distinguishes your product from other gigs in fiverr.
So, what must clients buy is uniqueness. How unique is your profile pics and product.
I STRONGLY ADVISE NOT TO USE SOME IMAGES FROM GOOGLE, EXPECIALLY THOSE THAT HAVE COPYRIGHT. This is because once they complain to Fiverr that your sample image has their copyright, irrespective of how many sells you have, Fiverr will automatically block that particular gig. That means you will start your gig all over again.
b) Another problem of using images from Google is the issue of most people using same sample pics. Your clients are mostly foreigners and they Surf the net alot. For instance if what you claim you designed or made is another companies product. They will never trust you with their money. Form something from your name or whatever you are doing, that will make you unique. Present your gig as if it's a company that you own.
C) Be creative, create your own sample pics, you can combine many images from the Web to come up with something creative, in that case it's your work and no body will report you to fiverr Or better still ask a graphic designer to help you out, because you need it to sell.
D) Make sure your sample pics is bold, and let your buyer predict your gig by merely looking at your sample pics. That will really pass the message across.
E) make sure your sample pics is of high resolution.

F) Video intro is also nice but it depends on what niche you are into...

All this should be considered before uploading sample pics, because before your buyer reads your gig descriptions, the first thing he or she sees is your sample pics. This determine whether he will click your gig or not. Then he or she can read the gig descriptions for further understanding. So sample pics is extremely important in fiverr. Take your time to create it, don't be in a haste...

2) What to sell.
In fiverr there are so many things to sell. Graphics works, mail marketing, proof reading and so on. But the major problem is that the place is overpopulated with sellers. So, your creativity is needed. But you might say you don't have a skill but you can offer something in another way. That's creativity....
When I created a gig on letterhead. After I made one sell. No more sell. So I did one thing which I am about to share.
a) I searched around for letterhead and saw that most people were selling it and they have gotten about 100 sells around while I am still in my first sell. What I did was to introduce something which was letterhead template.... and in my description I spoke about how letterhead template is better than normal letterheaded paper because they can type inside it... and my sell picked up.... I am driving at something here. What I want to bring out is " how do you make your seller believes that your offer and service is better than someone in level 2.
LET ME EXPLAIN IN FEW WORDS HOW YOU CAN DO THAT
1) it's very sample, after viewing the best seller's gig... Make your own offer more inviting by increasing what you will offer for the same amount of money. First have in mind that you are not after the money, you are building your profile and sharpen your skill. So the only specimen that you have at hand is your buyer. Though it might be tedious for that small amount that you will receive but at the same time, they are building you. So use them to build yourself, time will come when you will dictate the price for them.

2) presently as I am speaking with you. Nobody in fiverr is offering a gig outside virtual assistance that delivers within 12 hours. This can be your avenue to take orders from people that are in a haste. When I started fiverr then, I was very free. So I created a gig like that. " I will help you with your simple graphics work within 2 hours". Then I wrote some descriptions of what I can do within that hour... that gig actually made me to enter level one. Then I changed it, due to time factor. But the important thing is that it helped me to get to level 1 and also linked me to buyers that kept coming back because of the service I offered.

3) Take your time to go through the niche, and see if you can do something little creative, if not introduce something to your gig to draw attention and emphasize on it,

4)Also try and introduce something to fiverr, that you can offer at your locality. I checked a lady's profile then and I was amazed at what she was offering and making sells. Ask me what ?" she had this white stones at her house, alot so she said in fiverr I will write what ever you want on my white stones " and she uploaded nice examples. She got almost 100 orders from that simple act without doing much work, thats creativity because she was the only one doing that. Look at your environment you can see something you will put in fiverr. Yes, you may not sell, but the question is what if it sells...

Self Assignment:

Kindly review your sample pics and make it more professional taking note of what I have highlighted.

Try creating gig in your niche that will attend to urgent request for $5 within 2 to 6 hours. Please also state your services precisely, it's very important.

Instead of writing a book, we can use "I will professionally proof-read 2000 words and edit within 24 hours (Depending on you, but check best sellers delivery time before you choose your day of delivery) ", In your description you will have to emphasize why grammatical errors could make 10000 people not to read their book, irrespective of how interesting the book is...., You can do little research on that ( LET THEM SEE REASONS WHY CORRECTING THE GRAMMATICAL ERRORS IN THEIR BOOK, articles etc WITH YOU IS NEEDFUL, etc,)---- no mind my English ooo! Na Engineer I be oo!


2) You are a writer, I don't really like the fact that you included your pics in the "gig profile pics" (But Your profile pics is fine), Can you do something like this, WRITERS, I believe are inspirational... So your gig profile pics should speak that:

1) Pics of you in a field with trees in the surrounding and your laptop typing... (That will send a message to clients), You can snap that or use copyright free images if something like that exist
