yes, Nigerian is restricted from Paypal but Payoneer is the way out. that's what I am using... I will be teaching that as well as we proceed with the lecture.

UNDERSTANDING FIVERR

Fiverr is a digital market place where people from different part of the world offer services for clients.
It cuts across almost all fields, like Graphic design, Business, Digital market, Translation, Music, Pogramming, Advertising, etc.
In Fiverr, the service you offer is called a 'gig'

If you are starting Fiverr, you must have this mind-set and think thoroughly about this before registering or starting a gig.:
( Reason been that, when I first heard of Fiverr, out of curiosity I quickly open an account to start making money, which never came through not until I did it right)

MIND-SET:

1) There are gurus in this digital market place (Fiverr.com), who offer the same service that you are about offering, EVEN BETTER THAN YOU. (this makes it little challenging but remember the gurus of today were once amateurs yesterday )

2) Also,they have great reviews and exceptional ratings, I mean real sellers not sellers that buy 4 or 5 reviews from friends. ( This partially puts you off in the competition, but you can address the issues tactically)

3) But the Good news is that Whatever you are offering is to the whole world, anybody can access it (you have better chances of selling your skill as well if you have one, or learn one if you don't have a skill)

4) You don't have any rating yet, and so how do you prove to clients that you are equal to the task. Mostly People are moved by proofs (here you are lacking)--- This is where people miss it, especially those that buy rating from friends IN ORDER TO START SELLING. You will find out that after 5 sells, no more sell and they start asking why?

5) You are not only in Fiverr to offer services and make money, you are there to also learn or sharpen your skills, so you are building yourself as well.

6) Almost, all your buyers are from abroad, From my experience, only very few Nigerians like 2 or 3 bought my gig and they are all based in London, US and Australia. This means that your buyers are mostly foreigners and you most convenience them some how!

FROM THE ABOVE THOUGHTS, Here are some of the Assignments for the week, I will add more on SUNDAY, 26TH OF MARCH CLASS!

DO YOU HAVE A SKILL, if yes kindly let me know the skill you think you can offer and build on it in Fiverr, so we can make it sale-able together

1) Take your time to browse through the site, and check out the gigs that people are offering which relate to your skill, check for TOP SELLERS, LEVEL 2 SELLERS, AND LEVEL ONE as well to see clients with more order in the queue, their delivery time and the way they described their gig (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT)
2) Take your time to read the descriptions of the gig they are offering, and checkout their first 2 or 3 profile pics.
3)Kindly express your view with what you noticed, when you checked other seller's gig. Also, send me the link to the gig that described or offer the kind of skill you want to offer, so I can go through it and reason with you on your view. ( Yea, you may be saying, I don't need all these, I want to start making the money, but the truth is that once you understand this, it's yours for life and you can further explore more things even better than me)

IF YOU DON'T HAVE A SKILL, NO PROBLEM, I STARTED WITH NO SKILL AS WELL...

1) Go through the site and browse all the services, just play with it. read what people are offering, taking note of the orders the have in queue, last delivery time (YOU CAN SEE THAT ON THEIR PAGE), and their gig descriptions. Also see the profile pics that describe their gig.
2) Let me know what you think you can learn as a skill and why you choose that. The purpose is to enable us reason it out together and see a way of achieving the proposed skill from amateur level to professional as we offer it on Fiverr.

It's a lie. Fiverr accept all countries. I advise you to use Nigeria. As you can see my account is Nigeria. I didn't change any IP. I registered direct when I did that. So relax tomorrow night we kick off....

Very simple, Op. You shouldn't be bothered with this. The solution is communication bro. She might have used it to solve her personal problem. Remember she also have parents or probably younger once who needs her help in one way or the other. Or are you also paying her family monthly allowee? If not kindly speak with her softly, what she used the money for. Yea she is wrong! I agree!. She also did not admit! I agree! But bro two masters can't live in the same ship.
On a very lovely day, in a playful manner ask her what she used the money for. I believe she should explain better....

@Op, I commend your resilience. First, I like the fact that you have realized that making money online is not easy. But then, making a lot of money is very easy. I'll explain shortly.

I have been on fiverr for quite sometime time; created my first gig on March, 2015 and I have been a fulltime freelancer since then (and yes, my account is Nigerian). I can't disclose how much I earn, but believe me, it is rivals and sometimes beats what entry level graduates earn in the oil & gas industry. Why am I telling you this?

Why your aim is to gradually build, like you said, build your skills. I repeat, build your skills. Ask yourself, why would a musician charge 500k just to sing in an event and another would be hustling for that same position? Skills, positioning, exposure, and specialization.

So in choosing a skill, choose something you can build on. Take courses, so not be afraid to invest in yourself - Udemy, Lynda.com, Treehouse, these are all great platforms to learn.

I was thinking about this idea on the other thread where I was stuck with one gig and no orders, but no one to partner and buy from me. Even to ask someone to use his card and do by himself na war.
I created a gig on article writing and rephrasing but I would add app review later.

Good idea but I don't totally agree with this concept. It might backfire when the clients gets disappointed by your service... There is a better way out. See my fiverr page www.fiverr.com/uchemaduagwu , I didn't use that method but I made sells and get good rating...

Yes good idea.. but also remember alot of professionals are there already. All you will need here is to study there gig very well and see what they offer, then repackage your gig. That I will teach once we start the class.

Yea nice skill. But I think you are not making sales because you depend on fiverr adverts only... that will only bring one or zero sale per month

All you need is personal adverts... In my tutorial, I will explain the steps as the class continues..

I really don't believe in making money online, not until I joined Fiverr. I knew most of us in the house have heard about Fiverr. Several techniques have been provided by the gurus but yet they don't last long in Fiverr business due to short cut méthods they device. This methods earns little but does not last for long due to bad ratings, which will surface later. The truth is that you can't deceive people for long once they get your trick, your business reputation will be tarnished.

To make money in fiverr, is not as easy as they all portray, you have to work for it. When I joined fiverr in 2014 , for 6 months I did not earn a single $5, Why ? That was because I did not have any sale-able skill on fiverr. So within the next six months, I started learning what I think will sell more through Youtube, making it a year. After that I had an order on a simple task: "design of letterhead ". Which I did to earn a $5 after one year. So after my $5 sell, from 2015 till date, my gig started selling gradually. But the good part of it is that it was not affecting my work, I do fiverr at my leisure time and I am still learning till date...

I further took my time to study the site and find out that one can easily make sells from the site with ease if and only if you know how to do that. It's very easy to earn
From fiverr, and you don't have to be a guru to make sells but as an amateur, you can still sell. Just take one step at a time and you will get there very soon.

Honestly I have earn alot from Fiverr and I am willing to teach first few people who are interested here in this forum. I just want you to have a feel of Internet money.
We will take it step by step, till you master the strategy.

Reply to the post and we can start here. I am not promising you that you will earn $500 per month, No, but I will mentor you till you start earning from $5 upwards. It's a gradual process.

Please if you want to hit it big at onces; it won't work here, sorry to disappoint you but if you are determined and willing to learn then I will put you through for free and show you things you can do and earn fast from fiverr with good rating because it's geniue.
