It appears so. Sources have it that they've been able to cross or find a way through the borders all the way down to Ghana even at the peak of the lockdown.

Not at all. The disinfecting machine wasn't working. There wasn't any procedure except going through Owode Idi-Iroko.

She sits not do the test and it wasn't mentioned to her. Getting to her destination, she wasn't asked to do it however, she is self isolating.

The initial plan was a public charter however, my brother-in-law volunteered to drop her off since it was a public holiday. So she went in a private vehicle.
To get to Cotonou, there are cabs from Mile 2 of there's no one taking you.
