Anambra monarch commends President Buhari on infrastructure[quote][/quote]

Anambra State Traditional Rulers Council has commended President Mohammed Buhari for his approval to situate Zone 13 Police Command I the state through the commitment of an industrious son of Anambra State, Prince, Arthur Eze.

They noted it would boost security in the state and South East at large, which will ensure long lasting peace.

The commendation came during a meeting with the Traditional Rulers which Prince Arthur Eze attended, at Eze Ukwulu's palace, Ukwulu, Dunukofia local government area of Anambra State.

The meeting was geared towards strategizing further plans to attract more meaningful federal government structures to Anambra state.

Speaking at the occasion, the Oil magnate, Prince Arthur Eze regretted that Igbos had been lagging behind in terms of infrastructural development, due to unnecessary internal squabble.

Arthur Eze disclosed that President Buhari had various meaningful plans for Igbos, only if Igbo should come together to champion one course.

"We shall reconcile with the North to have what we desire. We wrong them by killing their brothers Tafa Belewa" Arthur stressed.

On his part, the traditional ruler of Ukwulu, HRH Igwe Peter Uyanwa, Said Arthur Eze had been promoting the general course of Igbos.

Igwe Uyanwa Observed that prince Arthur Eze has been a respecter of traditional stool, irrespective of tribe and Cultural, calling on other Nigerian to emulate his examplary life, so as to sustain the dying rich cultural values, especially in Igbo land.

The traditional ruler of Alor, HRM Igwe Macanthony Chinedu Elibe Okonkwo, called for vote of confidence to President Buhari for his lofty developmental structures geared towards strengthening the economy of the state.

Igwe Okonkwo commended President Buhari for the construction of the second Niger Bridge, ongoing Enugu Onitsha express road, Enugu Airport, among other Federal projects in the state.

He called for dridging of River Niger , saying it would create easier access for importation of goods by Igbos.
