As has come to be expected, Professor Osinbajo had another busy week, albeit one not as hectic as had recently become the norm.

On Tuesday, the 14th of July, 2020, VP Osinbajo delivered, virtually, the keynote address at the 20th Anniversary Webinar of the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), themed: Combating Corruption and Illicit Financial Flows; New Measures and Strategies.

15th of July, 2020 saw VP Osinbajo partake in the virtual Federal Executive Council (vFEC) meeting presided over by President Muhammadu Buhari at the Council Chambers, Statehouse, Abuja.

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, on the 16th of July , joined President Buhari at the virtual launch of the Gold Purchase programme where Nigeria’s first artisanally-mined gold, processed & refined according to LBMA standards, under the Presidential Artisanal Gold Mining Development Initiative, which was then presented to the President.

That same day, Osinbajo virtually headlined the 3rd National MSMES Award.

His speech detailed measures in the Economic Sustainability Program (ESP) to help the MSMES, including payroll support to help keep Nigerians in their jobs.

The hardest working Vice President Nigeria has ever had.

Would have been nice if our youth would emulate him in all ramifications.

Can we have another MSMEs award please? It was my most favourite activity for the week. Thanks to VP Osinbajo for making it a reality amid pandemic.
