I gave some documents to someone for processing a while ago. Since then, I've not been able to reach him. His phone number is always switched off. I don't know him personally, though I've only met him once or twice. I was only referred by someone who, as it turns out, obviously didn't know him well also.

All I have is a name and phone number. How do I track this guy down? What option do I have?
