Permit me to share some of the qualities shared by Buhari and the service chiefs.
Retired but still serving- To the detriment of the nation, although constitutionally and morally they are supposed to be retired , somehow they are still calling the shot.
Seen as majority as innefficient and non performing.
Their stepping down is long overdue and may lead to people heaving a sigh of relief or jubilating.
They are surrounded by praise singers, and are not ready to face reality, that their best is not enough.
Their method is old and outdated, in this generation. The nation needs leadership that is mentally, physically, spiritually and culturally equipped to handle the multifaceted problems confronting us.
