PFMS (Public Financial Management System) started their journey as a plan scheme in 4 states of Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Punjab & Mizoram for four Flagship schemes named as MGNREGS, NRHM, SSA and PMGSY in 2008-09. This was a pilot project. Students are the future of nation and PFMS has began their journey to help students from different states who are financially weak.

Later in 2013 they had established a plan for all states with a duration of 4 years till 2017

I am writing this because people specially students of India who are a bit not know about pfms features and scholarship schemes. To let them know that if you are brilliant, enthusiastic to study and have utmost ambition for higher education but maybe you are from a financially weak family, you may avail the scholarship for your whole study life.

Specially they are giving the opportunity from class VII to the post graduation students, in different level with different amount & facility.
