A reputable Engineering Construction Company requires the service of a Projects Manager and Quantity Surveyor for her construction projects in different parts of the country.

i) PROJECTS MANAGER


• B.Ss/HND in Building Technology / Civil Engineering and having a minimum of 5 years’ cognate site experience with reputable medium size construction companies. A well rounded knowledge of construction processes and contracts management, good site supervision and quality control along with proficiency in AutoCAD is reuired.
Candidates must have
• Good command of written and spoken English and proficiency in the use of the basic computer software applications.
• Prompt Reporting and Management Skills
• Must be ready to travel and Stay out of station any time it is required
.
QUANTITY SURVEYOR
• Must have worked with medium sized construction companies for minimum of 5 years with cognate •Must be able to produce and price tender documents and be well versed with the tendering procedure for Government Parastatals.
•Must be able to give valuations of works done on site and take accurate measurements off architectural/structural drawings and bar bending schedules.
•Must have ability to give Material and Labour Schedules for any given project.
