According to senator Rochas, the bill would ensure that Nigerian children are able to access qualitative education up to senior secondary school level as against the Federal Government free education policy at the moment which only captures those from primary to junior secondary school levels.

He described the bill as a people-oriented bill and hopes that the bill would be given a fast hearing and subsequent assent by the executive.
