A driver has met with a no nonsense FRSC officials after he was caught not putting on a seat belt while driving in Abuja.

The driver was brutally man handled by the FRSC officials and they tried to force him into a car boot for not putting on his seat belt.

Onlookers tried to intervene into the matter but to no avail as the FRSC were bent on using the driver as a scape goat for disobeying road safety rules.

These guys for some big balls...anyhow, the video is not clear and we can't really be sure if it's a man or a goat that's being forced into the he boot and so HQ will always have a way to defend themselves.
Maybe they'll say they were even trying to force him out. And we really don't know the full story here. OP, pls give us more facts not just a video clip that basically says nothing.
