The All Progressives Congress APC has asked the opposition Peoples Democratic Party PDP to allow it to focus its attention on correcting the 16-year mistakes of the erstwhile ruling party.

APC gave the charge in a statement issued Wednesday night and signed by its Deputy National Publicity Secretary, Mr. Yekini Nabena.

The statement reads;

“We are not oblivious of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP rehearsed, repeated and unintelligent statements on the ongoing probes of corruption allegations in the polity.

“The position of the All Progressives Congress APC is unchanged. Clearly, President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration’s fight against corruption is total, unsparing and there are no sacred cows.

Those 16years were fantastic, peaceful and purpose driven.
Apart from, certain few thieves, the generality of Nigerians were making noticeable strides in their various field of human endeavors.
Your 6years is hellish, demonic, virulent, satanic, unproductive and above all, your 6years has enthrone a culture of uncommon and unparalleled financial malfeasance, in all sector of government, in the history of Nigerian.

What a comedy of a nation

It's totally unfortunate that it's all about selfishness of our political class that brought us down to this level... ���

Do you know that Nigeria is the largest economy in Africa? Do you also know that it is ranked 27th-largest economy in the world in terms of nominal GDP, and the 24th-largest in terms of purchasing power parity, yet we are the poverty capital of the world with 94.4 million people (which are increasing daily) living in abject poverty, of which most are youths?

Unfortunately, this is a country where a person steals billions of Naira and say it was swallowed by a snake, a country where an individual and his cohorts will steal money meant for the citizens and poor masses who do not have anything or anyone to run to and he burns a whole building in order to hide evidence. A country where someone is being probed on how he spent billions meant for the welfare of the masses and he has the guts to fake fainting, in all these, nothing has been done to any of these men.

Nigerian Youths for how long are we going to continue in this? For how long are we going to keep quiet, for how long are we going to watch these men toy with our future and that of our born and unborn children? Its time to say enough is enough.

Join hands with us let's stop this nonsense and birth a New Nigeria.
