aladesuyi: @ Aladesuyi, I forgot to include that for you to be considered you must show interest , readiness and capability to start farming prefarable the coming planting season (must start activities this year). Is this something feasible to you ?? monopolist: @Monopolist, (1,2) larger part of the land are virgin, a little is being used by the villagers for some subsistence farming. There is a tarred road to about 3/4 of the distance from Ibadan, the remaining 1/4 is untarred (about 5km) to the farm settlement. We have feelers , that we will be neighbors to an Asian Company that has acquired land in the settlement too, thus that might fast track infrastructure development development in the area (3)For long lease, being an advocate of the Food for life project, we will consider minimum of NGN195,000 per year for the 30 Hectare on a 10 year lease For yearly lease NGN7500 per hectare, contract will be reviewed every 2-3 years (4) The owners secured more than 30Ha in the settlement and because of diversifying oppurtunities will not be able to farm on the total farmland acquired in the near future.
