US court has dismissed the case against Olalekan Ponle, who is popularly known as Mr Woodberry. The FBI not too long ago revealed that Woodberry's fraudulent crime activities which include tricking a Chicago company into sending wire transfers of $15.2 million and deceptive moves on companies based in cities across the US. (Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, New York and California) The alleged cybercrime scheme alone according to the FBI is worth more than $50 million and The 29-year-old was facing charges bordering on wire fraud conspiracy just for this. Dismiss wetin. He was indicted by the jury. He is going to jail...una no understand US justice system. He was arrested on 8 counts and each counts carries a prison sentence. One count can be dismissed while the other 7 counts remains 2 Likes 1 Share |
