Paris Saint-Germain have won a record-extending 13th Coupe de France (French Cup), following a 1-0 victory against 10-man Saint-Ètienne on Friday night.

Brazilian star Neymar scored the only goal of the match.

PSG triumph was overshadowed by Kylian Mbappé an ankle injury after a dangerous tackle by St-Étienne captain Loïc Perrin in the 26th minute.


The attack on Mbappé, led to angry protests and tussles between both sides, with the French striker leaving the field in tears.

PSG manager Thomas Tuchel whoose side lost last year's final to Stade Rennes on penalties said after the match;
