Yes the service charge ($550) is included. That is the total cost for buying and shipping. All the way to Lagos port of entry. All that is left is clearing through customs. If 3.4M is in line with your budget for buying and shipping, then we can look at other 2012 options, in better condition than the one I posted earlier but without a fixed "Buy Now" price. In this case, we'll have to bid during the live session and set our maximum bid limit at $4,500.
