A Nigerian clergyman, Archbishop David Irefin, of the International Missionary Crusade Fellowship, an affiliate of the Olumba Olumba Obu Brotherhood of Cross and Star, has attributed the problems of the human race to the consumption of meat and fish. Irefin, during a media interview explained that God never ordered man to kill and eat animals. He further gave a global warning on the continual consumption of meat and fish, as it would bring further calamities to the world.
