I saw when one ignorant idiot open thread attacking Igbos because they exonerated Adesina, I was like how low can these guys go just to show their hatred, what's Igbo business with Adesina predicaments, same set of people that hated him when he was minister under PDP, why will Igbos envy him when one of their own is president of Pan-African multilateral financial institution with the mandate of financing and promoting intra-and extra-African trade, Afrexim bank was voted “African Bank of the Year” in 2019 under Prof Benedict Oramah 4 Likes |

As long as you guys only promote Hausa, Yoruba and Igbo for President, greed, looting and hate mongering will never stop. Go out of your selfishness and promote ethnic minority for President. |

I think Igbo should stop pushing Peter Obi for any national position, the guy only popular in Igbo land & only fit leadership position within Igbo region. He's seen outside the Igbo land as tribalist, and still remember his roles during Fashola tenure as Lagos governor. he doesn't has anything national charisma, he will be better as IPOB leader Nigeria need leader that will see every tribes as one at national level 6 Likes |

Iamgrey5:Afreximbank is not under the leadership of African development bank. About Afreximbank: The African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) is a Pan-African multilateral financial institution with the mandate of financing and promoting intra-and extra-African trade. Afreximbank was established in October 1993 and is owned by African governments, the African Development Bank and other African multilateral financial institutions as well as African and non-African public and private investors. The Bank was established under two constitutive documents, an Agreement signed by member states, which confers on the Bank the status of an international organization, and a Charter signed by all Shareholders, which governs its corporate structure and operations. Afreximbank deploys innovative structures to deliver financing solutions that are supporting the transformation of the structure of Africa’s trade, accelerating industrialization and intra-regional trade, thereby sustaining economic expansion in Africa. At the end of 2019, the Bank’s total assets and guarantees stood at USD$15.5 billion and its shareholders funds amounted to US$2.8 billion. Voted “African Bank of the Year” in 2019, the Bank disbursed more than US$31billion between 2016 and 2019. Afreximbank has ratings assigned by GCR (international scale) (A-), Moody’s (Baa1) and Fitch (BBB-). The Bank is headquartered in Cairo, Egypt. https://www.afreximbank.com/prof-benedict-oramah-re-appointed-as-afreximbank-president/ |

Iamgrey5: Afreximbank has four classes of shares – A, B, C and D: “Class A” shares are held by African Governments/States, their public institutions or their designated institutions, including continental, regional, and sub-regional financial institutions; “Class B” shares are held by African national financial institutions and African private investors; “Class C” shares are held by non-African international financial institutions and economic organizations, as well as non-regional financial institutions and non-African private investors; while “Class D” shares can be held by any person and are structured to be freely transferrable – the Bank’s “Class D” shares are currently issued as depositary receipts, which are listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius (SEM). |

mrvitalis: My brother Yorubas are not leaving any stone unturned. Even in the BBNaija, one housemate was asked aside him, who would he had liked to see as HoH. The young man, said he doesn’t see anyone aside himself. His name is Lekan or Laycon. But I tell anyone that cares to listen, it’s either Igbo or Igbo in 2023. The ship has sailed already. |
