I appreciate you're here which will make brief and concise.

It transpired that I made a deposit sum of total fee for a land and promised to bring forth the balance. Due to Covid-19 pandemic era and its economic effects,this facilitated me to default in paying up my balance at said time.

Fast forward I learnt the same land had been sold to another buyer and yet no refund whatever to me. Now have concluded to balance up and fight for my right.

The question is - what exactly is Law stand on this matter. If I insist to drag....can it be won ?
