The South East South South region Political leaders should work together with a blue print and master plan for the development of the region. The Government should partner with the private sector to create a regional development plan and work towards it.

Here are some of the suggestions on how to the region can move forward and sttain some level of Economic independence and uniform development.

Each State should create a World Trade Center and Business District that will like investors from different parts of the world to invest in the states. The Trade Center and Business District should comprise of high rise buildings and towers just like we have in New York and Lagos Nigeria. This will give the region a face lift and put it in on the map of fast rising business destinations in the world.

Development of Private and Public Estates should be encouraged not just in the State Capital but also in the sub Urban areas and metropolis.

Construction of a Regional Rail Network that will connect major Cities and Sub Urban Areas in the South East. Imagine having a train Network that connects Nnewi to Onitsha to Aba, Enugu, PH, Calabar, Yenogoa, Uyo, Umuahia and many other sub Urban areas.

The South East and South Region has great potentials. Abundant human and material resources. If we can tap into these, our region will be the centre of Attraction to global tourist and investors
