We are recruiting for the post of TEAM LEAD.

Location Mushin, Lagos

Responsibilities:
1.Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
2. Set clear team goals
3. Delegate tasks and set deadlines
4. Oversee day-to-day operation
5. Monitor team performance and report on metrics
6. Motivate team members
7. Discover training needs and provide coaching
8. Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
9. Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
10. Encourage creativity and risk-taking
11. Suggest and organize team building activities
12.Solving customer complaints and answering customers' questions.
13. Writing reports for senior managers.
14. Meeting of team target
15. Providing sales staff with constructive feedback and assisting staff to solve customers' problems.
16. Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff.


Requirements
1.A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field may be advantageous.
2. Experience in sales is necessary.
Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
4. Strong leadership abilities.
5. Good time management, strategic 6.planning, and organizational skills.
7.Proven work experience as a team leader
8.Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
9.Organizational and time-management skills
10.Decision-making skills
