why exactly are tertiary institutions closed? someone with a reasonable explanation? cos I really don't understand what's going on anymore. 4 months and not one person in the country can point to someone close infected with the audio virus yet numbers keep increasing, students wasting away at home, most businesses in schools areas getting closed because of lack of patronage, who dey do us for this country dey do us finish.
