Victor osimhem is a Nigeria football from Esan south east local government of Edo state . he came from a poor background, before he was born His parent moved to Lagos to search for greener pasture. His mother sold sachet water to support her family income.

Victor osimhen grew up with his brother and 4 other siblings in olusosun area in lagos Nigeria. The community accommodates one of the largemouth dumpsite in Africa

Growing up Osimhen hustled and hawked sachet water and other household commodities. He learnt how to play football from his elder brother who was a local football star in the community


He was noticed by a local football scout, the scout took him to ultimate strikers Academy in Lagos, he was invited to represent Nigeria u-17 world cup in 2015 were osimhen won the golden boot and silver ball awards. He also won Car youth player of the year awards in 2015.

He moved to to Wolfsburg and had a very bad season with them,because of that he did not participate in FIFA world cup. He was rejected by some Belgian clubs because he had malaria.
