The Nigeria Amputee football team has been chosen to fly Africa's flag at the upcoming Polska invitational football tournament taking place in Warsaw, Poland.

Nigeria earned an invitation to the tournament based on the team’s recent good form as Nigeria finished runners up at the last year’s African Nations Cup for Amputee Footballers (CANAF).

President of the Nigerian Amputee Federation, Mallam Suleiman Isah confirmed the story as he received a letter personally signed by the competition manager.
