I decided to open a savings account with them.. when I opened the account, the app looked like something that could easily be hacked but I shook it off and moved on..I first noticed it was fishy when I transferred money from my uba.. I was debited from my uba but it took a while fore it to reflect in my wema alat. After several hours, this evening, I wasn't comfortable with the app when I got a bad review from a friend. So I decided to transfer my money back to uba. Naso wema alat say my pin has been blocked o.. I tried checking the settings if I entered a wrong pin, it wrote error. I sent them a mail via Gmail, it was blocked.. I tried calling their customer care number it wasn't reachable ...I tried checking if I entered a wrong pin , it popped up error. omo who send me message like this.

I make it a rule of thumb, any application that supports finger print, I always prefer to login using finger print instead of password. Just reset your password or leave the application for now.

See I'm fed up.. if I can be experiencing this nonsense at this stage then what about the future.. I was able to rectify the pin issue but then I decided to move my funds coz I no dey do again.. I was debited from wema alat but the money didn't reflect in my account. Since 11 o clock.. I logged a complaint and even called them , there are 8 calls currently ahead of you pls hold one. Each calls na like 15 min before e reduce to 7 then 6. Me I no get that kind time abeg.. moreover it's not toll free, just burning my credit for nothing.. I will make sure everyone around me in real life and social media avoids that nonsense. They didn't just lose a customer they lost alot of potential customers. Very unreliable weytin sef.
