the specs of this phone are epic, but i prefer my tecno device considering its cheap too and the parts are readily available

No way! I'm using Leeco (aka letv), no parts in the market. But the brand has great quality just that the company went under as a result of the rush to expand. A Chinese phone but made in USA for USA market. 23 months now, no single fault but stuck with OS 6.0.

Note: I guess this VERNEE MIX 2 too is stuck with OS 7 because it was made in 2017
