Edo 2020: Obaseki visits Otaru of Igarra, assures sustained devt

The candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Edo State Governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki, has kicked off his re-election campaign for the 2020 governorship polls in Edo North Senatorial District of the state, with a visit to the palace of the Otaru of Igarra, Oba Emmanuel Adeche Saiki II.
The governor who led a number of members of the Edo PDP Campaign Council to the palace, noted that he is seeking re-election to continue to deliver good governance to the people and consolidate on the gains made in his first term.

Governor Obaseki is popular in the Igarra and neighbouring towns for constructing the most roads in Akoko-Edo Local Government Area and providing jobs for the teeming youths in the locality.

He is riding on a wave of support from different groups within and outside the state for his re-election.
