For Poland Work Permit, it's still advisable to go with your bank statement(5 million is recommended), proof of insurance etc. The success rate for Nigerians is about 70%. Just be professional during the interview.
Let us know how it goes!

You don’t need 5 million balance statement of account. Is a working visa/ permit and not a tourist visa. You are only expected to have money that will cover your flight ticket and money that will sustain you till you start earning salary from your job. Showing them account worth 5million means that you are ok here and they can deny you the visa.

Students hve paid acceptance fees..,...all this funds are lying in polish banks...it's really terrible. Let's not lose hope anyways...till 8th October again

The volume of documents required to back up the work permit was what pissed me off about this polish stuff. But I think it's real to a large extent. Blue collar jobs are plenty over there, and they need foreigners to occupy these jobs. They mostly get workers from India and Philippines.

Please, what's the latest at the Polish Embassy In Nigeria?
The last I heard was that they were shutting down because of Covid-19 and more so, Polish government placed Nigeria as one of countries to be refused entry.
Please has the ban been lifted?

It depends on the type of jobs you’re looking for, but yes jobs are available in Poland. Definitely Collar Jobs/Menial Jobs are available. My advice is you should go ahead with the process. Best of luck
