When Jonathan moved to remove subsidy in 2012, the self-acclaimed patriots raised dust from hell. Only to turn around today and do worse. But then the docile and gullible Nigerians who voted failure in 2015 and reinforced it in 2019 are getting the full dose at advanced level of what they chose and deserve.

Kudos Buhari, you are doing really well.

Sai Baba.

All refined oil is imported.
The Naira is no longer what it used to be. Exchange rate has gone to crap. So anything imported, will cost more.
Nigeria itself is short on dollars. So increase in petrol price is inevitable, otherwise, Nigeria won't be able to import petrol.

All the money they should have used to build Nigeria, has been squandered, and deposited in foreign banks. Now the day of reckoning has arrived.
They've been spending billions of USD on importing refined oil products. Nigeria has some of the dumbest leaders.

Dangote sir, where is that refinery?

We deserve all nonsense our government is dishing out.. Reason being that we are cowards, hypocrites, tribalistic, self centered, lack patriotism, many are evil and lazy, religious fanatics and above all.. Myopic. I love my country but I am not really optimistic about the direction we are heading.
How I wish..........!!!!!!

Na only beta hunger fit save Nigerian youths. When E wire us and we have nothing else to do than gnash our teeth, everyone go come out and protest. Long may the sufferings continue jare. Let it not stop till we get sense.

Fuel queues have started, this was expected.

Only solution is to fix our refineries, this will reduce exposure from naira dollar shocks.

Outright laziness of government and the NNPC/DPR to think up a solution. What is governance all about if a problem can persist for over 2 decades and counting.
Why cant we have the refineries 100% functional? Why do we have to continue importation of fuel. Why is there no solution to this constant headache of petrol and its pricing?
There is just so much selfishness going on that it totally leaves one stunned. Why cant we have problem solvers amongst us? Must we continue like this on a way trip to destruction?
Every successive government gives speeches lauding themselves on achievements made but Nigeria remains the same. Who are we fooling.
