The All Progressives Congress (APC) and its former National Chairman, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole have mobilised Federal Police from Abuja to replace officers from the Edo State Police Command who are stationed at the Edo State House of Assembly (Anthony Enahoro complex).

It was gathered that, this is a preparatory to plots to take over the Anthony Enahoro complex, which is currently undergoing reconstruction, with a view to illegally inaugurate 14 absconding members-elect, whose seats have been declared vacant by the speaker of the House long ago.
