Poem; LOST by koolbee7: 6:21am On Aug 08, 2020 |
Age eighteen drawing close Even without a canvas barely a month to go I wonder "how long can I last?" The fuel is almost finished And now my life begins Early days!!! I'll always miss When my only problems_assignments And going to school arriving late With little care bout what I ate Buh as the days go by My problems grow high. Nga! Nga! The cries of an infant Reminding me I'm no longer a baby A new child added to the family I've got my life to live Buh why it seems I need to leave This life and Runaway from problems Stead of staying and facing them U still gat time! my uncle says Buh nobody owns it I guess time is alpha And with its every passing hour I grow bitter, Tired of the life I live With no car to ride on it. Purpose!!! What's mine I search like I'm in a gold mine Only the land is my being And my thoughts explosives Lost with no direction No desires, no passion Daily I stare at my reflection And still wonder With nothing to ponder upon Except my drowning self In this pool called LIFE.
