The GTbank acclaimed GT assistant fast and easy interaction medium with the mail gtassistant@gtbank.com that Gtbank sent me and probably others is non-functional.
This makes it my 3rd/4th time of sending them an email but I get a response of "Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups" from the recipient gtbank@gtbank.com I didn't send it to. The most recent time which was some minutes ago, I forwarded a message asking for my account manager but they sent me an invalid file from an unbelievably specially created mail(noreply@gtbank.com).

I mean they have a mail for no reply?
