Reading into this movement shows how it should be done. They pretty much figured out how both states would benefit and got Idaho legislators to listen to their proposal. Its easy to get a sympathic ear when idaho potentially get seaport access bia coos bay. One of favorite aspect is they were smart enough to get scientific opinions polls done.
