Job Title: Professional Real Estate Marketer
Location: Lagos

Job Summary
The Professional Real Estate Agent will be an intermediary between property sellers and buyers. S/he will be responsible for marketing listings and guiding buyers and sellers.

Responsibilities
As a Real Estate Marketer with Oxford Westville, you will be tasked with the following obligations:
Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
Displaying and marketing real properties to possible buyers.
Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities and proposing solutions that suit them
Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, and ensure fair and honest dealing.
Responsible for the preparation of necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.).
Maintain and update listings of available properties, and promote the same through advertisements, open houses and listing services.

Requirements
Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Marketer
Proven track of successful sales record.
Applicants should possess a Real estate agent’s or broker’s license.
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong marketing, sales, negotiation and communication skills
Applicants must be pleasant and trustworthy
Applicants must be familiar with, and knowledgeable in MS Office.

Remuneration
This position is commission-based. Investment attracts 5% Commission, while Sales on Land attracts 10% commission.
