Job Description
>> Oversee and maintain all aspects of a company’s computer infrastructure.

>> Ensures the smooth running of all ICT systems.

>> Ensures user gets maximum benefits from ICT systems in the brewery

>> Monitor the use of email, create and change passwords, make suggestions for improvements to computer systems, backup data and perform data recovery if needed.

Job Responsibilities
>> Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications

>> Troubleshoot system and network problems.

>> Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults.

>> Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.

>> Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.

>> Check and update computers that are non-compliant, Set up Antivirus, Windows System Updates.

>> Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.

>> Supplier Service Management

Minimum Qualifications
>> Relevant University/Tertiary Degree

>> Relevant ICT certifications
