No Way, cant change cos of an online stuff. I'm being bullied and wont go down like that. Naira land needs customer care. . . someone I can yell at over the phone.

Common now. There will be such thing as customer care if you are paying for the service but you registered and post here for free naa. Just saying

Its all about creativity, if a true customer care cant be afforded, then a dedicated room named customer care should be created just as there is auto, romance etc and Seun had better look 4 a way to monetize this site-I don't mean all those little adverts that appear here or there, I mean real money making moves. I don tire to type but I believe he's smart enough to research them

If he does that, I will quietly pack and stick with facebook. He should use facebook's biz model. Nairaland is a site for Nigerians-instead of using adsense on the site that shows adverts based on viewer location and get paid nickels, he should have his own advertising firm.

Adverts should be placed on each page that are relevant to the page and the companies advertising should be charged for it. I cant start typing a full business model of monetizing this site, he should study facebook, yahoo and google.

Banned accounts should also be restored ASAP, I now have a strong feeling that while the computer keeps counting newly created accounts giving 641k+, users are no where near that figure as this is my third account and I also noticed so many others that have started using new accounts with symbols being added to the name to maintain identity, in my case, I totally digressed after loosing vorosmartm and voros for offences I still cant understand.

Seun can make NL a money spinner and a world class social network. He should stop being lazy and wake up.

I work for an online publishing firm that grosses more than $1m annually and we so mean business, most of our clients wont even believe we are a nigerian company. Get the drift? Peace
