Responsibilities:

Demonstrate proficiency in working with the Credit Union’s multiple data sources and external sources to extract and join structured and unstructured information.
Assist the data management team.
Design data models for basic, applied, quantitative and qualitative research and analysis.
Conduct field research, including solicited and unsolicited Member feedback mechanisms.
Proactively identify trends, developments and leading indicators that could have a direct or indirect impact on the Financial Institution.
Present filings to respective business units in the form of proposals, dashboards, presentations, and recommendations.
Provide support and education to business units on data models.
Perform routine and ad-hoc research and reporting as per the direction of a supervisor and collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional business units.
Identify and maintain technology solutions to support department efficiencies.
Develop client-deliverable materials including forecasts, reporting and more.
Help organize and maintain data on company servers.


Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree and/or 4 to 5 years related experience.
Experience working with databases and programming languages like SQL or C++
Familiarity with developing ETL processes for source data, data models and other Data Warehouse structural components.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving.
Familiarity with financial products and services.
Ability to work individually as well as in a team.
Proven skills as a consensus builder.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Good understanding of core and emerging analytics methods.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word and Outlook) required.
