It takes 30liters of fuel to power the machine for nine hours. The cost of paying the required personnel is up to you to negotiate with them. The maintenance cost is trivial. In as much as the machine isn't left in the rain to corrode, the maintenance is a straightforward thing. Just grease some necessary joints, wash some vital accessories and clean. Period.
As regards the materials involved, I can not give you an exact figure. I assume you must have had a clear feasibility study in the field before embarking in such a project
