For many Years the Defuct Eastern Nigeria have been marginalized, No functional Seaports, No Federal Presence. Many Igbos leave the South East in hundreds everyday not because they can't live in the South East but they are in search of greener pastures in Lagos which tends to corner all Infastructures needed for Business. For instance Only Lagos have functional Seaports serving a population of about 200 million people.

But at last the South East and South South region is about to be emancipated from the schackles of economic slavery.

Just some days ago the NPA released a statement that the highest cargo Ship to have ever berth in any Nigeria seaport just berthed in One Port..Kudos to Buhari Government and the pragmatic minister of Trabsport Chibuike Amechi. Ibom Deep Seaport is on its way, Calabar Seaport is also on the que. Asaba International Airport, Anambra Airport, Enyimba Industrial City and many other gigantic projects is rocking the region.

In matter of few years to come, it is predicted that there will be a sharp decrease in the population of Lagos.
