Most Nigerians are simply tomfools. The judgment is not for David Lyon and his APC. This tribunal judgment has good chance to be overturned at the appeal's stage. |

Where in the judgement did the court order for a fresh electoral process the court only spoke of a fresh election and not a fresh process get your facts right except the executive wants to squeaze in apc ORIENTATION101:and inec in thier reaction to this ruling has said they informed the party in a letter earlier on and the party did nothing till the 14 days window elapsed. And when it elapsed inec still went ahead to inform them that the time for possible subtitutions is gone. You want them to break the electoral rule for one party ? Lets assume a fresh election is to be done 1 will the party be allowed to feature the underage candidate in violation of the constitution ? 2 Will they now be allowed to withdraw/sub the candidate? If 2 is the case, which is what you want just to allow apc then it means. All parties will have to start with declaration of interest form, primary etc |

Emyogalanya:so fresh Election doesnt involve fresh process? So tell How do inec intend to add andp party to the election without starting allover again? The federal high court abuja has ruled in the case of sdp in kogi that inec has no power to remove candidate or party even if they didnt meet up with requirements or timeline. It is only a competent court of jurisdiction that can do that 1 Like |

ORIENTATION101:you are concerned for apc and not the andp guy. We all know that you are just hiding behind him to sneak in lyon. If that be the case we will wait till supreme court rules and if a fresh process is allowed then even the pdp can also change candidate to timi alaibe who is more popular than david lyon |
Re: Tribunal Verdict: Bayelsans Hit The Street In Jubilation [Photos] by ORIENTATION101: 7:42am On Aug 18, 2020 |
Emyogalanya:the case is a clear one. Inec erred by removing party and candidate without going to court that have the jurisdiction to do so. All political parties should prepare for fresh Election including andp. Timi alaibe blablabla, tell that to seriake Dickson , the godfather of the current governor that chased both GEJ and Alaibe out of bayelsa pdp |

Emyogalanya:no court has upturned yesterday's judgement besides inec does not have the powers to disqualify candidates. |
Re: Tribunal Verdict: Bayelsans Hit The Street In Jubilation [Photos] by Emyogalanya: 10:50am On Aug 18, 2020 |
alen4smith:this is so funny. The constitution disqualified him not inec. He fell short of the age required of a candidate to such office. And inec called thier attention to it on time and told them they had a certain window to correct the error they allowed the 14 days to pass inec did all they could to make the party correct it but the said party felt relunctant. Only for him to come back and start crying foul. Who is to blame in this case inec or the party? Since inec acted within the law of the land |
Re: Tribunal Verdict: Bayelsans Hit The Street In Jubilation [Photos] by Emyogalanya: 10:58am On Aug 18, 2020 |
ORIENTATION101:apc guys and thinking pattern. Where did inec err ? You wanted them to allow them to contest in breach of the law ? You want inec to sue a party to court over what? age ? I know your target is for apc to contest but so far the party cannot be part of it |

NgeneUkwenu:Even if a fresh gubernatorial election is conducted i Bayelsa today APC will not be on the ballot because the supreme court has already ruled on the disqualification of the APC candidate on the said election. Please i am not in support of APC or the PDP the both are gang of criminals making sure that you are i live in poverty and die a miserable death. The only different between the PDP and the APC are the gullibility and F00lishness of the Nigerian people to see and identify the truth about the oppressive system of the Nigerian state. |

ORIENTATION101:You have not even understood the import of the tribunal's judgment. A tribunal cannot annul a judgment given by the Supreme Court. So APC can't contest. Anyway, I have no words to banter with you. |

Prettychild:olodo rabata Supreme court ruled on pre-election.(meaning case that arise before election was conducted) The decision of the apex court doesnt stop Tribunal from sitting on litigations of the concluded election Tribunal rule on post- election .which is mandatory for every election held. |
