99Craze:How do you mean pls? Where she's is far from where her bank is, as she has no money with her to get to her bank. What is the need of the Customer service if they cannot resolve the problem after 7 days?

Go to your bank and fill the dispense error form. After 72 hours if nothing, send an email to email@example.com copy the bank's customer service and firstname.lastname@example.org (log on to their website and file a complaint). Your funds will be reversed soonest.
