Hello friends,
Hope you can all kindly provide an advice on how to resolve this issue of unpaid electricity bills incurred by an evicted tenant amounting to the sum of 360,000 Naira according to Ibedc Bill, Ibadan, Oyo State.
A policewoman and her husband where evicted by court order from their three bedroom flat rented along Iwo road, Ibadan. Oyo State. But they absconded before even settling their rent arrears. Just a month after they had vacated the house, Ibdec officials brought an incurred electricity bill of three hundred and sixty thousand Naira to the landlord which bears the name & address of the tenant's aide but the phone number policewoman's husband. The landlord phoned the husband to inform him of their debt but he quickly disconnected the phone call.
Please what should be the next appropriate response to these irresponsible people!
